Your account

You need an account to use Soltura. Keep your login details private and give us accurate information — your email address is how we reach you about your account and your practice reminders. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Access codes and discounts apply to the plan they were issued for, and each code can be used the number of times stated when it was issued.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it with you.

Fair use

Use Soltura for your own learning. Please don't copy or resell the lessons and curriculum, scrape the app, share one account between many people, or use the AI tutor to produce anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that is being abused.

About the AI feedback

Your lessons, corrections and profile are generated by AI from your own conversation and practice. It is careful, personal guidance for learners — not a certified exam result, and it can occasionally be wrong. We do not promise a specific level or timeframe; progress depends on the practice you put in.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Soltura running smoothly and we improve it regularly, so features may change or be added over time. We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using Soltura and cancel your plan whenever you like. We may end access if these terms are broken. To close your account and delete your data, see our Privacy Policy.
